Quick Tour of the User Side

It’s important that you have a quick look through all the user side. When you click on the church / organisation tab at the top of the page this shows you all the churches and organisations that are in the database. Same when you click on contacts and then also when you click on courses.

Try creating a new church.

1. First before you add a new church – search to make sure it doesn’t exist in thedatabase.
   Use the search function at the top of the page. Remember you don’t have to put in the full name (in fact we recommend youdon’t)
2. If the church doesn’texist:
   1. Click on Churches / OrganisationsTab
   2. Click on New (Right hand side of thescreen)
3. Select the record type Organisation (Depending on how your salesforce has been setup you may not have to do thisstep!)
4. Fill in the details of the church. (Make sure to put the word “test” in the name field of thechurch)
