Email to Salesforce

Email to Salesforce enables you to add any email you send to Salesforce. It does this through matching the email address that you send to with the preferred email address of the contact. This is something you will need to do when you add new staff.

To make this active:

  • 1.     Go toSetup
  • 2.     Use the quick find and type “emailto”
  • 3.     Clickedit
  • 4.     ClickActive
  • 5.     ClickSave
  • 6.     Click Send Email Notification (this will send an email with a link to all of the users in your Salesforce instance).
