This trailhead module gives you some great ideas about how to increase adoption. In New Zealand the team there adopted the mantra, “If it is not in Salesforce, it doesn’t exist”. This encouraged the team to put every meeting, every call, every email, every training into Salesforce so that they had great records of all the engagement that had been completed with this church. The National Director followed up by checking monthly reports to make sure they matched the data in Salesforce. It meant when staff moved onto other jobs they had great records of what had been done with churches in the previous staff members area of responsibility.
