The “Individual” Church / Organisation

The individual account is super important. It is where people who are not associated with a particular church or organisation end up. Quite often people who sign up to our online platforms do not initially select a church or organisation. This holds their data until they or our team update it.

Please do not change the name of the individual account.

If this accidentally happens please let your regional Salesforce specialist know as soon as possible as it will have an impact with our online platforms.
