The Brief.

You’ve been working for Alpha for 6 months and they have just implemented a new system to track and keep all the information about the churches and pastors you are interacting with called Salesforce. They are getting everyone on board to use the system.

Salesforce is a cloud based system and can be accessed from anywhere where you have internet access. You can use your phone, tablet or computer to update information and see the latest interactions that have happened with a church before you get there.

You’re excited to get started because you can see the benefits!

1. Information on what courses the church is running and what historically the church has run.
2. Tracking of Church Leaders as they move from church to church and the interactions the team has already had with them.
3. Task updates that either send you emails or update you when you log into the system.
