Chatter

Chatter is how you can update each other with things that are going on. It’s an internal Facebook! You can send messages to each other, send to the group. Let your boss know when an important church in your area has started running Alpha. You can attach photos of training events, partner dinners and any other event you are involved in. Chatter is an easy way to let each other on the team know what is going on.

It’s also a great way for team members to collaborate with each other.

Let’s update our profiles.

1. Click on your profile picture in the top right hand corner of the screen. (If you haven’t modified this before it will be a Salesforce character called Astro.)
2. Click on your name.
3. Modify your details – don’t forget to add a picture.
