Local Resources vs Networked Resources, what's the difference?

Under Resources on the left hand side of the screen there are some options.The two key ones are Local Resources and Networked Resources.

Networked resources are items that are available across the entire system to every country and cannot be deleted (but can be deactivated). They usually consist of the core videos, some promotional resources and some “top tip" style Word and PDF documents usually all provided in English, with translations attached to them.

Local resources are the documents and videos that are specific to your Marriage Builder. These are things you upload such as promotional resources in Spanish, Mandarin and other languages that need to be accessible to your users in your country - such as a Local video or local branding.
