How to fix 'Insufficient access rights' error
When you get this error this usually means that the course administrator no longer exists in Salesforce or myAlpha.
Some steps you can make to investigate.
Hover over the Course Administrator so the links Edit and Salesforce show up
Click Edit. On the loaded user screen, you will see that that account with SF id does not exist in CRM.
Click 'Search' below the error. The system will attempt to locate the user in SF by email address. In this case, the user was not found.
The next step is to create the user with that email address. Click 'Create in SalesForce'. Once the user is created it will show the link to their profile in SF.
Back in the course view, click Create in SalesForce again. The course is created in SF!
