Configuration: Site Title and Administrator Email

Go to Settings -> General

Update the site title. The title will appear on the tab of the web browser in addition to the page title.

Update the administrator email address

Enter a new email and click 'Save changes' at the bottom of the page. The new administrator will receive a confirmation email with a link.
