Translating 'Watch Teaser'
- Go to String Translation under WPML. If String Translation is not available under WPML make sure you activated it via the Plugins interface
- In domain dropdown select ‘alpha’
- Find the text you want to translate. Keep in mind that you will see text for both the front end and back end there. You can use search.
- Click '+' to add translation
It also seems that when you create a copy of the page to translate, the product meta is not being copied over by WPML plugin (see the area at the bottom of the page). This causes the Video URL to be blank and that in turn hides the Watch Teaser icon on the top of the page. To fix that add the meta-information that corresponds to the page in English. Keep in mind that the icons are optional, however, if you want the video to show up, you’d need to add the Teaser Video URL here. You can add the URL of the translated video here.
