How to help couple support who cannot access the report


If the course is in progress

  1. Go to Postmark App (our system mailer) and log in
    • If you need access, please contact Hector Chan
  2. Navigate to Activity page of MarriageBuilder Prod & Dev server: https://account.postmarkapp.com/servers/11927101/streams/outbound/events
  3. Search the couple support’s email to ensure the email was delivered successfully
    1. If yes, we either advise the user to check their mailbox or copy the report link for quicker direction


    2. If no:
      1. please inform us to troubleshoot the problem of the mailer
      2. advise the user to check in with the course owner who has access to Couple Survey and report, owner can resend or share the link
      3. you (as RDC or NAO with WordPress administration user) can follow from step B of #2 path below to support

If the course is complete but report is not expired

  1. In WordPress, change the start date to anytime recent but before today date so the course becomes incomplete


  2. Go to the course in run.themarriagecourse.org (or the CB site which the user is in), find the report link


  3. Open, log in with administrator user and print the report
  4. Go back to WordPress to change the date back to the origin

If the course is complete and report is expired (60 days after course’s end date): unfortunately, there is no way to retrieve the report anymore
