Appearance: Header

The Header, which appears on every page on your site can be controlled in Appearance -> Menu, by following the steps  here

Sub items appear as a dropdown, while Donate and Stories are direct links (as they have no sub items).

To translate these head to Translator View -> Menus -> Network Menus
