Appearance: Top Navigation

The Top Navigation, which appears on every page on your site can be controlled in Appearance -> Menu, by following the steps here

The Top Navigation is quick links to core areas of the site, and is visible on all pages.

To translate these head to Translator View -> Menus -> Network Menus
