How does the Survey work?
The Survey is created 15 days before the end date of a Course. On creation the Course Admin is sent an email inviting them to complete the Survey along with creating a banner on myAlpha that invites the Course Admin to complete the survey. This banner remains visible on myAlpha until the Course Admin completes the Survey or declines the banner.
Once inside the survey it follows multiple steps based upon the Alpha Principles that are outlined in the '7 Best Practices' videos. Course Admins will be given a number of multiple choice questions around these Principles.
Once complete the Survey response data is sent through to Salesforce where you, as an Administrator, can see the specific responses, but more importantly you can see an overview of all responses. This allows you to see what you, as an NAO, should invest in to best support your churches, be that training on Prayer or Hospitality, to ideas for an invitational culture.
