Frequently asked questions about the Survey.

As ever Course Admins might encounter challenges when going through the Survey process. This should address a number of those questions:

Can I send another email inviting Course Admins to complete the Survey?
Unfortunately it is not possible to re-send the Survey invite email, however each course will have a Survey link until it is completed. As such you could create a report in Salesforce to show you all courses that have still not completed the Survey, and contact the Course Admin from there.

A Course Admin wants to change their response after completing the Survey?
It is not possible for Course Admins to change their response after submitting their response. However you, as an Admin, can edit their response in Salesforce. Although this is possible, we would strongly recommend against this.

Not many Course Admins are completing the Survey, is this normal?
Currently the Global completion rate is roughly 10-15%, so numbers like this are to be expected. Once Course Admins become more accustomed to the Survey we hope that this response rate will increase. The team are also working on ways to increase this response rate, such as easier user journey.

Can I change questions on the Survey?
At the moment the Survey is globally standardised, to allow every NAO to be comparing the same things. However in the future we intend to allow some additional question to be added, on an NAO by NAO basis. This would not fundamentally change the Survey, but would allow you capture additional data specific to your NAO.
