Can I change my email address in MyAlpha?

The answer is yes! And here are the steps how users can change their email address in MyAlpha:

  1. Log in MyAlpha and on the top bar, click 'My account settings' to expand the menu

  2. Click 'Account details' to go to the page


  3. Enter a new email address and click 'Update my email address'


  4. Check the mailbox, see the verification email, click the link to verify

  • Note: After the user verifies and log in with new email address, new email address will be updated in MyAlpha (Wordpress) and Salesforce
