Can I be copied into Email to New Users / Courses?

Yes - it is possible to be BCC'd into all new Users and New Courses created on your myAlpha site, to know who has signed up and registered courses.

Please note: this feature was largely made redundant by Salesforce. As such if your Country has Salesforce, please use that to see new Users and Courses. Your Region/Countries Salesforce lead can assist you with setting up these reports/process.

To do this go to Settings -> Mail & notifications

Then go to "New User / New Alpha BCCs" and input your email address

(please note: to add more than one email, they should be added comma-delimited)

UNfortunetly at the moment this can only be activated for the whole site, as such you might be BCC'd into email in a language you don't understand.

Additionally, this will massivly increase the number of emails sent from myAlpha to your email - so please make sure you have saved myAlpha as a contact, to avoid you email server blocking the emails.
