"A user can't understand how to edit their Alpha."

Sometimes, despite your explanations, some users are still unable to resolve their own issues. If this is the case you are able to edit any users Alpha, Organisation and details.

To edit someone's Alpha find them within the "Alpha" section and then visit their Alpha on the front end via the permalink - which is near the top of the page.

Please note: we recommend you only edit someone's Alpha/Profile as a last resort, ideally they should make these changes themselves
