"A 'Promoted' Course isn't appearing for guests?"
There can be a number of reasons for why a promoted course might not be appearing on your Squarespace site, below are some;
- In Theme Config you can 'True' or 'False' whether a Alpha's can be promoted. If this is 'False' (off), no courses will be promoted. This is an option for countries where being publicly Christian might invoke danger to a person/group.
- Any person's Alpha that answered 'Prison' in their Course Question will not be promoted on any online space.
- Alpha's are only publicly visible for the first 28 days after starting, after which they will no longer be visible as guests would have missed too much content to join that certain Alpha.
