Some Users are not receiving their Confirmation emails?
You can see the state of emails that have been sent to people from your ADP. through Campaign Monitor (if using)
- Go into Campaign Monitor.
- Go to the transactional header. Then click the 'Delivery Report' on the right.
- Once in there you can search for the users email in the search bar - and you will be able to see if any email has been sent to them, and you'll be able to see if they opened it, clicked it etc.
- If the email failed to send, indicated by a red circle, you can re-send that email.
This will then push another email through within a couple minutes - this one should now go through, and will be indicated by a green success light. - If that fails you can copy the email's content and send it to them via email - though be 100% sure they are who they say they are, otherwise you've giving access to someone else's identity.
