Getting Started: Automated Emails from myAlpha
myAlpha will automatically send out emails for these action:
- New Alpha
- New User
- Team Invite
- User Verification
- Password Reset
- Survey Invite
- Alpha Contact Register
For the automated emails that are sent out, here is the text to translate* also copied at the bottom of this guide.
This is a vital part of the platform and the text needs to be translated before your myAlpha site goes live. So please contact your Regional Digital Coordinator so it can be uploaded into the myAlpha.
If you are using Campaign Monitor to send your emails please visit here for information on setting up your emails correctly.
