Creating your Local 'Articles/Videos'

Creating Local Articles/Videos is a similar process to creating Local Resources, however there are some noticeable differences.

For Videos follow these Steps

1. Go to 'Articles/Videos' -> 'Add New'
2. Configure the Title, Categories and Tags (for connecting similar Articles/Videos)
   1. Optionally you can add some additional explanation/links in the main text box or Excerpt box
      Please note: HTML code is used for the main text box
3. Add the Vimeo URL to the Asset box
   Please note: this must be in the format https://vimeo.com/123859392 - URL's look like this if the video on Vimeo is set to Public or to 'Hide from Vimeo'.
4. Attach a feature image, which will act as the Thumbnail on the front end.
5. Assign Primary Language, and click 'Publish/Update'.

For Articles follow these Steps

1. Go to 'Articles/Videos' -> 'Add New'
2. Configure the Title, Categories and Tags (for connecting similar Articles/Videos)
3. Add the written Article in the main text box and a short summery in Excerpt box
   Please note: HTML code is used for the main text box.
4. Add the Duration in seconds the Asset box - this is how long the Article roughly takes to read.
5. Attach a feature image, which will act as the Thumbnail on the front end.
6. Assign Primary Language, and click 'Publish/Update'.

Please note: Related 'Articles/Videos' that a User sees is populated based upon the 'Categories', such as Best Practices.
